Sunfin Realty Pvt Ltd

We have been here at Sunfin Realty Pvt Ltd for a while now. Our office is over at 55 Padra Road, tucked into the Pratham Enclave. If you know the area, you know it gets quite busy around here, especially with Sun Pharma right across the street. People always use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. We spend most of our days dealing with various property matters and talking to folks who stop by. It isn’t a very fancy setup, just a regular office where we get our work done. Padra Road has changed a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops now and the traffic has definitely picked up over the years. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot outside. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but mostly it is fine. It’s just us here, keeping track of things and making sure the paperwork is in order. We don't really do much big advertising or anything like that. Most people just know where we are because we've been at this spot for so long. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when things get quiet. It is a decent place to work and we are used to the noise from the main road by now. Just a local business trying to do things the right way.
