Specification Estimation Engineering is tucked away at A/20 in Vrundavan Park, right here in Vadodara. We’re a small outfit that handles the more technical side of construction and engineering projects. Most of our work involves looking at big stacks of papers and figuring out exactly how much material is needed and what it’s all going to cost. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and calculators. We started this business because we realized that people often struggle with the planning phase of building. Being in Gujarat, there’s always something being built or renovated, so we stay pretty busy. Our office isn't in a big glass skyscraper. It’s a modest space where we can focus on the numbers without too many distractions. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We just provide honest estimates and clear specifications so that projects don’t go over budget. Sometimes we spend all day arguing over the price of steel or the amount of concrete needed for a foundation. It’s not the kind of job everyone would like, but we enjoy the details. We’ve lived in Vadodara for a long time, so we know how things work around here. We just try to be helpful to the contractors and owners who need our expertise. It’s a quiet life of measuring and counting, and we’re perfectly fine with that. We don't need to be famous, we just want to be accurate and get the job done right.
