Spark Real Estate

We are located over at Palace Road, specifically in Kunj Plaza Tower A on the first floor. It is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the area around Ellis Bridge. People often get confused because of the shops nearby like Right Electricals and Electronics, but once you find that category of stores, you'll see our tower. Real estate is a lot of talking and walking around. I spend most of my time on the phone or driving to different plots. The office is where we keep all the files and maps. It's not a huge place, just a desk and some chairs for when clients come to sign papers. Being on the first floor is okay, not too many stairs. Vadodara has so many new buildings coming up, it is hard to keep track sometimes. We try to stay focused on what is available right now. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there is a big meeting. Usually, it's just me and maybe one other person handling the listings. We’ve been at this spot for a while. The Kunj Plaza is a well-known building so it helps when giving directions. It can get noisy with the traffic from Palace Road, but we are used to it by now. It is just a regular local real estate office doing regular work for local people. We try to keep it simple and just show properties as they are without any fluff.
