Shri Shakti Estate Agency is located at 26/27 Padra Road, 6th Main. We are in the Phase III Avishkar Complex on the ground floor. Being right near Sales Corner makes it pretty easy for people to find us without getting lost. We have been in this complex for quite some time now. It’s a busy building with lots of other shops and offices around. Our space is simple and functional. We spend our time talking to people about houses and land. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the interaction. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to talk about a property, but we always find enough chairs. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to listen to what people want and see if we have anything that fits. The ground floor location is good because people don't have to climb stairs. We see a lot of different faces every day. Padra Road is always moving, so there is never a dull moment. We keep things honest and don't try to push anyone into a deal they aren't ready for. That’s not how we do things. We’re just local people who know the real estate market in this part of town quite well. Stop by if you are in the Avishkar Complex area. We are usually around and the door is always open for a chat.
