We have been here in Subhanpura for quite a long time now. Our office is located at H 15, right on the New Ipcl Road, which gets pretty busy during the day. If you know where Subhanpura Avenue is, then finding us isn't too hard because we are right near the Anand I flats. Sometimes people get confused because of the different apartment names around here, but once you see the sign, it makes sense. We mostly spend our days talking to people who want to move or maybe find a small place to rent for their family. It is a local thing, really. We grew up around these streets and know which corners get the most sun or where the water pressure is better. This isn't some big office with fancy chairs and coffee machines. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of papers. It gets dusty because of the road outside, so we are always cleaning. People drop in without calling first, which is fine by us. We sit down, have some tea, and talk about what is available in the neighborhood. It is just how we do things here. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. Just a local spot helping neighbors with their property needs without making a big fuss about it. The New Ipcl Road is always changing, but we stay right here.
