Shreenath Industries

We are over at Shreenath Industries, located at Plot No. 870/13/B in Makarpura GIDC. If you’ve been to the Makarpura industrial area, you know how busy it gets with all the different factories and shops. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our home over the years. Industrial work happens here every day, and it isn't too complicated to explain. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It’s often hot and noisy, but that’s the nature of the work. Having a few machines running and a small team to look after them keeps us on our toes. Big HR teams or a lot of rules written on the walls don't belong here. We just expect everyone to do their bit and get along with each other. Most of our days are spent checking measurements or packing up things to be sent out. Money isn't spent on making the place look modern or trendy. It’s a working building, and it definitely looks like one. Being in the GIDC for quite a few years now has taught us the rhythm of the place. Neighbors are mostly other industrial shops, so we all understand each other's schedules. Big promises aren't our thing; we just try to get the orders out on time. It’s a basic operation but it belongs to us.
