We operate out of the Heta Complex on Raj Mahal Road. It’s in the Adajan area of Vadodara, specifically G 8/15. The complex is pretty well-known around here, so it’s not too hard to find us. It’s a ground-floor spot which makes it easy for people to just pop in when they are passing by. The office itself is quite modest. We have some posters on the wall and a lot of maps of the different sectors in Adajan. It’s usually just us sitting around the main table talking about the local market. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or big screens to show things off. It is more about sitting down and looking at the actual documents. Vadodara has its own pace, and we try to stick to that. Some days are slow and we just end up chatting with the neighbors. Other days, the phone doesn't stop. We don't call ourselves "experts" because we have some fancy degree; it’s just because we’ve spent so much time walking these streets. We know which buildings have good water and which ones have parking issues. It’s practical knowledge that you can’t really find online. The office stays relatively cool in the summer because of the way the building is set up. We keep things low-key and just handle whatever business comes through the door. It’s a simple life and a simple office. We don't overcomplicate things here.
