Shreeji Properties

You can find us in Vadodara, over at Piplod Makarpura. We are in Wing B-1, office 501. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have the usual desks and a cupboard full of old files that probably need sorting. Vadodara is a growing place, and we see it changing from our window every day. Being in Wing B-1 means we get a decent view of the street. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us. We talk to people about properties in the local area, mostly helping them figure out where things are and what the papers say. The Makarpura area is quite active with all the industrial stuff nearby, so there's always something going on. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the construction around the city. We keep a jug of water and some glasses on the table for whoever stops by. It’s a plain, functional space. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure we have our facts right before we tell anyone anything. That’s how we’ve always done it. It is just a normal office where we do the daily paperwork.
