You will find Shreeji Estate Agent at 2 Gotri Road, located inside the Satara Shivshakti Shopping Centre. It is a busy little shopping center, and our office is right in the middle of all that activity. Being on Gotri Road means there is always a lot of foot traffic, which is quite nice for us. Our office is a very simple one-room setup. We do not have any glass partitions or fancy carpets on the floor. It is just a basic tile floor and some sturdy furniture that has definitely seen better days over the years. We have been operating from this exact spot for a while now. It works well because people can just pop in while they are out doing their regular shopping. We spend our time going through local listings and meeting with folks who are looking for a new place to live or work. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do and we know it well. The shopping center can get pretty loud on the weekends, but we are used to the noise by now. We do not have a big corporate structure at all. It is just a few of us working together here. We keep things informal and try to be honest with everyone who walks in. If a place has some issues, we make sure to mention it. We are not here to give some big sales pitch. We just want to help people find the right spot for their needs.
