Shree Ganesh Estate Agency & Property Document Consultant

We spend most of our time here at the first floor of Narsihdham Complex. It is right there on Harni Road, near the Baroda Prestige area. My name is on the board outside, Shree Ganesh Estate Agency, and we also do property document work. It is a busy office usually. Most days involve looking at old papers and helping people understand what they need for their house sales or rentals. Sometimes the traffic on Varachha Road gets quite loud, but we are used to it by now. People come in with many questions about stamps and registration stuff. It is not fancy work, just a lot of checking names and numbers. The office has been in this spot for a while. We know the neighbors around here. Sometimes the fans are running all day because it gets hot in the afternoons. It takes a bit of time to get everything right with the documents so we don't rush through the files. If you are looking for the place, just look for the signs near the stairs. We try to keep things organized but there are always piles of folders around. Usually, we are here from morning until the evening. It is just a regular local business doing what we know how to do for the folks in this part of town. We see many families coming in. It is interesting to see how the area is changing over the years with more buildings coming up.
