It’s just us here at Shree Estate Agency. We’ve been at 414 Alkapuri for a while now. Right by Gandhi Nagar Center Point. People walk in asking about flats or shops. Sometimes it's busy, sometimes quiet. We keep track of what's available nearby. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Usually, someone is at the desk if you drop by. Alkapuri is a good spot for this kind of work. We know the streets around here pretty well. It’s not a fancy office, just a place to get work done. We handle local real estate stuff. People come in with questions about renting or selling. We try to give them clear answers based on what we see in the market lately. Sometimes things move fast, other times we wait. It’s just how it goes here in Gandhi Nagar. We don't do big ads, mostly just people finding us at Center Point. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the corner. We usually have the door open during the day. It’s a simple setup. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up, old ones getting fixed. We just stay here at number 414 and keep doing what we do. It’s honest work. Most days involve a lot of talking to owners and looking at keys. That’s about it. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and plan to stay here for a while more. It's home.
