Shivam Real Estate Agency is a small local outfit on Ajwa Road. We are situated right opposite the petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to pull over and find us. Vinay School is also very close by, so we see a lot of parents and kids walking past every morning and afternoon. We aren’t some big chain or a national company. We’re just a few of us working in this office trying to help people find homes or land around this part of town. Most of our work involves talking to property owners and showing houses to families. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when we have to drive around to different sites. We know Ajwa Road really well since we spend so much time here. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. We don't use any fancy software to tell us what a house is worth; we just look at what else has sold nearby lately. People trust us because we live in the same neighborhood. We don’t try to push anyone into a deal they don't want. If a house has a leaky roof, we'll point it out. It’s better to be honest so people don't get mad later. Being near the school and the pump means we get a lot of foot traffic.
