Shivam Engineers & Fabricators

Shivam Engineers & Fabricators is based in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Makarpura at Plot 605/A1. We do a lot of welding and general metal fabrication work. Our shop is usually filled with scraps of steel and various tools lying around. It might look a bit like a maze to someone visiting, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. We take on all sorts of jobs, from small little brackets to much larger metal frames. Some days when the weather is nice, we work outside on the bigger pieces that are hard to move around inside the shop. Makarpura is a great place for a business like ours because there are so many other industrial shops nearby. We often help out our neighbors when they need something quickly welded or a piece of metal cut to a specific size. We don't have a corporate atmosphere here at all. We wear our work clothes and sit down for tea whenever we get a chance. The machines we use have been around for a long time, and they still work just fine for what we need. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts in the estate, which slows us down, but usually, we are busy grinding or joining pieces of metal. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just look at the drawings and try to build what is needed.
