Shilpra The Birdol Gellery

Our place is over in Charkop Anandi. It’s called Shilpra The Birdol Gellery, though people sometimes struggle with the spelling when they first hear it. We have been here for a bit now, just managing the space and the items we have on display. It’s not a huge museum-style place, more of a local spot where things feel a bit more personal. The walls are usually full, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we get new stock in. We try to keep the windows clean so the light comes in right, but the dust always finds a way back no matter how much we sweep. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which suits us well. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. Most of the time, we’re just rearranging things or talking to people who wander in out of curiosity. It’s not always busy, but we like it that way because it gives us time to actually look at what we’re doing. No one here wears a suit. We’re usually in jeans, just keeping the floors swept and the doors open. If you're walking through Charkop, you might see us. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a website that works right half the time, so people just come in person and look around. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
