Shenzhen Excellent E-Commerce Co. Ltd. operates out of No. A-201 in the Fortune Empire building, located in the Slaikapuri area. It’s a bit of a walk to find us if you aren’t familiar with the No. 29 Frends C-11 layout, but once you’re here, you’ll see it’s a typical office setup for what we do. There are usually boxes stacked up near the door and a few desks with computers running all day. We deal with a lot of online orders, so there is always a printer humming in the background and someone checking tracking numbers. It can get a bit chaotic when a new shipment arrives or when we have a lot of packages to get out by the end of the day. We don’t really have a lot of walk-in customers since most of our work happens on the internet, but we are always here if someone needs to drop by for a chat. The office stays pretty busy, and sometimes we lose track of time while we are sorting through inventory or updating our listings. It’s a modern way to do business, I suppose, but it still involves a lot of manual work like packing and labeling. We just focus on keeping things organized so that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It’s a small team here, and we all just pitch in wherever we are needed to keep things moving along smoothly every single day.
