Rays Electro Products

You can find us at Plot No. C/1-218. We’ve been working with electrical products here for quite a while now. The shop is filled with wires, components, and all sorts of things that make machines run. It’s a bit dusty, and there’s always the smell of solder in the air. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We’re just a local crew that knows our way around a circuit board. Most of our day is spent at the workbench or checking inventory. Rays Electro Products started out small, and we’ve kept it that way mostly. We don’t have a marketing department; our business mostly comes from people who’ve bought from us before. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a specific part, we look for it. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don’t use scripts or fancy language on the phone. We just tell it like it is. The plot at C/1-218 is our second home, really. We know every corner of it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the electrical stuff. It’s practical work for practical people, and that suits us just fine. We have had our ups and downs over the years, but we are still here doing the work and helping out where we can.
