Shakuntal Saree Centre

You have to go up to the 1st Floor at Narcg Pole to find us. We are right opposite the Yogdarma School in Asoj. It is a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb for some. Shakuntal Saree Centre is not a massive store. It is more of a cozy place where we keep the latest stocks we get in. Being near the school means we hear the kids during their break times, which is nice. Most of our customers are locals from around Asoj who know we are here. We have racks lined with different styles, and we try to keep things organized, though it gets messy on busy Saturdays. The light comes in through the front window and hits the fabrics, showing off the work. It is usually just one or two of us working here at a time. We don't have fancy uniforms or a security guard at the door. It is just a simple shop. Sometimes people come in just to chat for a bit before they look at the clothes. We have a small bench for people to sit on while their wives or daughters pick things out. It feels like a community spot more than a big business. We’ve been at Narcg Pole for a while now and we like the neighborhood just fine.
