Beena Jan

I am Beena Jan and I work out of my space at 302 Shandilya Flat. This is located on V V Chandan Street, just off Padra Road. If you are heading towards Sun Pharma Road, we are right near Pratham Upvan. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet around here, which I like. The flat is on the third floor. I’ve set it up so I can handle all my daily tasks without having to go into a big office building. It feels more personal this way. I have my computer, some books, and all the files I need. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but it gets the job done. I’ve lived and worked in this part of town for a good while. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside sometimes. It’s not a fancy commercial setup, just a practical place where I can focus. I don't have a big staff or anything, it’s mostly just me taking care of things. People who come by usually appreciate that it’s not a cold, corporate environment. Being near Padra Road means there are shops and things close by if I need to grab something quickly. It’s a comfortable spot and it works well for what I do. I have been here long enough that I know all the local shopkeepers and the shortcuts through the streets.
