We operate Shakti Krupa Land & Estate Agency from our office at 2 Akota Road. It’s a well-known road, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. We’ve been in the land business for many years now. Most of our work involves dealing with plots and larger pieces of property. It’s not always fast work. Sometimes we just sit and wait for the right person to show interest in a piece of land. We have maps pinned to the walls and lots of old registers filled with names and numbers. Akota Road is a busy place with plenty of shops and offices, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We aren't a high-pressure kind of place. We just tell people what is available and let them think about it. Buying land is a big decision, and we understand that. We spend time verifying papers and making sure everything is legal and correct. It’s a lot of back and forth with different offices. Sometimes we go out to the sites to see the boundaries for ourselves. It keeps us busy. We don’t have a large team, just a few of us who know the local area well. It’s a steady way to make a living. We value the relationships we’ve built with people in the neighborhood over the decades. The door is usually open and there is usually a cool breeze coming in.
