Our office is tucked away in the Heramb Complex on Atmajyoti Ashram Road. We are near the Chandravila Flats and not too far from Mahavirnagar. It’s a spot we’ve called home for many years now. The office isn't very large, and it’s usually packed with folders and old maps of the local area. We handle a lot of property matters for people living around here. Some days are slow, and we just wait for the phone to ring while we tidy up the desks. Other days, we are out and about, walking through the neighborhood to show people different houses or plots. The heat can be a bit much during the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that do a decent job. We don’t use any high-tech systems to track our listings. It’s all written down in our notebooks and stored in basic filing cabinets. People like to stop by and talk about how the area has changed over the decades. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up and others get torn down. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually grab a break and chat with the other local business owners. It’s a low-key environment where we just focus on the task at hand. We know the streets and the people here, and that’s how we’ve always operated our agency.
