Shah Properties

We are located in the Vrund Complex, which is on Kamla Nehru Hospital Road in the Akota area. Our specific spot is SF/4 on the second floor. Being so close to the hospital means there is always something going on outside. The street is constantly busy with people, ambulances, and street vendors. Our office is a simple place with a few chairs and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. It’s not one of those modern offices with slick furniture. We have some old wooden desks and a filing cabinet that sticks every time you try to open the bottom drawer. Most of our day is spent talking to people who are looking for advice on property or just want to see what’s available in the neighborhood. We don’t use any complicated systems. It’s mostly just us, a telephone, and our notebooks. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a bit of time every morning wiping things down. We know all the other people who work in the complex, so there’s a lot of nodding and saying hello in the hallways. If we aren't in the office, we are probably out walking around a site or meeting someone nearby. We try to be back by the afternoon for the regular visitors. It’s just how we do things here. We have been in Akota for years and we like the familiar rhythm of this street.
