Vadodara is a big industrial hub, so being here makes sense for the kind of stuff we do. The shop floor is usually a bit dusty, but that’s normal for a place where tools and instruments are handled all day. We’ve got a group of people who have been here a long time. They know how to handle the equipment without even thinking about it. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we just have to sit around and wait for it to come back on, but we usually find something else to clean or fix while we wait. It isn’t a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s a working factory space. We have boxes stacked up near the back and a small office area where the paperwork gets done. The neighborhood is full of other businesses just like ours, so there’s always trucks moving around and people working. We try to keep things simple and just focus on making sure the instruments we send out are right. It’s not a complicated life here, just honest work in a busy part of town. We like it that way and don't see any reason to change how we operate. It's about being reliable day in and day out for the people we serve.
