We are over at Plot No. 506-2-3-a in the GIDC area. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we have been here for a good while. We make machinery of different kinds for various clients. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or working with heavy steel. It is a dusty environment, but that is just how it is with manufacturing. The shop floor is where everything happens. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon troubleshooting. It isn't always a smooth process, but we get there in the end. Being in the industrial estate means we are close to our suppliers, which helps with the parts we need. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see our sign on the gate. The office is just a couple of desks pushed together in the corner. We prefer it that way because it is more about the work we do with our hands. We take lunch together usually, just sitting near the entrance for a bit of fresh air. The summer heat can be tough, but we are used to it by now. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure the machinery we build is solid. It is practical work for practical people.
