Our office is Avantes Projects Enginnering Pvt. Ltd. and we are based in Manjusar. Specifically, we are at G-36 Prestige Plazza, which is part of Plot No. 483 in the GIDC Estate. It is a bit of a trek out here, but it is where the work is. We do engineering projects. The office is not very big. We have some desks, some computers, and some files stacked up. People are usually busy looking at drawings or talking on the phone about parts. We do not have a lot of decorations on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and notes. The Prestige Plazza has other businesses too, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. Being in the GIDC Estate means we are surrounded by factories and other engineering firms. It is a practical place to be for the kind of stuff we do. We do not spend money on fancy rugs or expensive coffee machines. We just have the basics. The spelling on our name sometimes trips people up, but it is Avantes Projects Enginnering. We just get on with the project work. Some days are really quiet and some are a total mess of deadlines and calls. We just take it as it comes. It is a regular engineering office in a busy industrial zone. Nothing more to it. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the jobs we started.
