Sanjana Estate Agency is over at 210 Padra Road. We are in the Maryland Complex, specifically the 3rd Block on the 1st Main Road. It’s a decent spot for an office since a lot of people pass by on their way into the city. We have been working in this complex for a few years now. The day starts with checking the listings and seeing what’s new on the market around Padra Road. It is a mix of everything really—shops, flats, and some bigger pieces of land further out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around showing rooms to people who are moving for work. The Maryland Complex itself is always busy, so there is usually someone popping in with a question about rent or taxes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us doing the legwork. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or a meeting runs late, but we manage. People like that we are right here on the main road where they can find us easily. We know the local landlords and the folks looking for a bargain. It’s just regular estate work, keeping track of who is moving where and making sure the papers are signed correctly. It’s nothing fancy, just a local office trying to keep things moving. We handle the paperwork and the talking so our clients do not have to.
