Sai Ram Estate

Sai Ram Estate is located at unit 3 in the Mangal Park Apartment building. We are in the Subhanpura area, specifically the part known as Mani Majra. It is a pretty settled and quiet neighborhood. Our office is right there in the apartment complex, so it feels very much like a part of the local daily life. We do not have a big storefront with bright neon signs or anything like that. It is just a quiet, simple place where we handle real estate matters. Most of the people who come in to see us are from the surrounding blocks or the nearby apartments. We spend our mornings checking on various things and our afternoons meeting with people. The space is usually filled with binders, maps, and sets of keys. It is a very simple operation without any of those corporate frills. We like being in Subhanpura because everything we need is close by. We have been here at Mangal Park for a good while now. The office is not very big, but it is more than enough for what we need to do. We handle the paperwork and keep track of who is moving in or moving out of the area. It is a lot of face-to-face interaction, which we enjoy. We do not have any scripts or formal sales pitches to give people. We just talk to them like neighbors, because usually we are. It is a straightforward way to run a small business.
