Our office is at Plot No-57/388 inside the Sundram Flats. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Saibaba Temple in Ellora Park, which is a very easy landmark for everyone in this part of the city. We have been working out of this small space for a long time. The temple bells ring in the mornings and evenings and we can hear them clearly from our desks. It is a nice atmosphere to work in, even when things get a bit hectic with the paperwork. We mainly look after the properties around Ellora Park and the nearby blocks. Usually, people just walk in after visiting the temple because they saw our sign outside. We have a couple of old fans that hum while we work and we keep our files in those grey metal cabinets against the wall. It isn't a corporate setup by any means. It is just us and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk about what is for sale or rent. Sometimes we have a bit of a mess on the table with all the maps and documents, but we know where everything is. We like living and working here because we know all the neighbors and the shopkeepers. If you want to know about a flat in this area, we probably know who lived there before and what the water supply is like. It is just a simple life here in the flats.
