Sahkar Industries

Sahkar Industries is located over at 881/1 C on the Marol Maroshi Road in Manjaipur. It is a busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our doors. We have a decent-sized space here where we do most of our production. It is usually pretty noisy with the machines running, but we are used to it. The floor is concrete and there are stacks of materials waiting to be used in every corner. I started this place with just a couple of machines and now we have a bit more, but it still feels like a small shop. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk straight into where the work is happening. The office is just a small partitioned area in the back with a couple of filing cabinets and a computer that has seen better days. We spend a lot of time on Marol Maroshi Road just making sure deliveries go out on time. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess and slows everything down, which can be frustrating. We don't really have a big sales pitch. People find us because they need what we make and they know where we are. We keep the hours regular and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. It is a lot of hard work, but we like being in Manjaipur. It is our home.
