You can find us at Shop Number 7 and 8 in the Samrajya Complex. We are right on Gotri Road, which is a major spot near Rajesh Tower and the Hari Nagar Char Rasta. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our door. The complex itself has been here for a while, and we’ve occupied these two shops for a good chunk of that time. Inside, we have some desks and a lot of cabinets filled with property listings and old maps of the area. We deal with all sorts of real estate stuff around Vadodara. The walk-in traffic is pretty constant because of the location. People stop by after doing their shopping or on their way home. It’s a bit of a dusty spot because of the road construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s not a corporate environment at all; it’s more like a place where neighbors come to chat about house prices. We know most of the shopkeepers in Samrajya Complex, so it feels like a little community. We just try to keep things honest and tell people what we know about the local market. There’s no big sales pitch here. We just show the properties and handle the paperwork as it comes.
