Safalya Reality Pvt is located at 905 Alkapuri in the Siddharth Complex on the Mumbai Pune Road. Being on such a major road means we see a lot of traffic and people passing through between the two cities. It’s a solid location for us. We deal with reality stuff, mostly property and land around this stretch. The office is on the ninth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the road below. It’s not a huge setup, just a few of us working on files and talking to clients who drop by. The Mumbai Pune Road is always developing, so there’s always something new being built or an old place being sold. We try to keep track of it all. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the phone ringing and people coming in without an appointment. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. We just pull up a chair and talk about what’s needed. Dealing with property can be stressful for people, so we try to keep the mood calm. We've had this spot in Siddharth Complex for a while now. It’s a good community of offices here. Most of our day is spent verifying documents and making sure everything is in order. It’s boring work for some, but it’s what we do. We just want to get the job done and go home at the end of the day to our own families.
