Rudra Estate Broker

We've been at Roosewood Apartment in Sant Tukaram Nagar for a while now. Rudra Estate Broker is just a small office here on Station Road, specifically at C1. People usually drop by when they're looking for a place or trying to sell one. It gets pretty busy around here sometimes because of the station being so close. We spend most of the day answering calls or showing people around the neighborhood. It's not a big fancy operation. We just know these streets and which buildings have openings. If you walk down Station Road, you'll see our spot. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with property is stressful enough for folks, so we just give them the facts about what's available. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with paperwork, but we get the job done eventually. It's just how things go when you're busy. Most of our neighbors know us by name now. We like being part of the Sant Tukaram Nagar community. It's a decent place to work. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us here every day. We've seen a lot of changes on this road over the years. We just keep doing our thing, helping folks find a roof over their heads without making a big deal out of it. It’s practical work. We stay focused on the local area because that’s what we know best. There is always a lot to do, but we enjoy the pace. We aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
