We are Rubamin Ltd, and we are based right here in Gujarat, India. Since our address is simply listed as Gujarat, it covers a lot of ground for us. We’ve spent years moving through the different towns and industrial hubs of the state, from the busy streets of Ahmedabad to the growing corners of Vadodara. Being a local business in India means you’re always dealing with the rhythm of the place—the festivals, the monsoon rains that slow everything down, and the heat that makes everyone move a little slower in the afternoon. We don't have a single fancy headquarters that we show off. Instead, we are just part of the fabric of the state. Our work takes us all over, and we’ve become very familiar with the dusty roads and the local tea stalls where most of the real business talk happens anyway. It’s a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't use much corporate jargon or have big meetings in boardrooms with shiny tables. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting together, figuring out the next steps for the day. Gujarat is a place that rewards hard work and staying grounded, so that’s what we try to do. We are just a group of people making a living and helping the company grow in our own small way across the entire region.
