Rubamin Limited

Our office is Flat No 104 in the Balaji Arcade, which is on Rajesh Tower Road just off Gotri Road in Baroda. It’s a convenient location for us, even though the traffic on Gotri Road can be a real headache during the morning rush. The arcade itself has a bunch of different businesses, so you’re always seeing new faces in the hallway. Rubamin Limited occupies this flat, and we’ve converted it into a workspace that fits our needs. It still feels a bit like an apartment, with a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some snacks. The main living room area is where the desks are, and we use the bedrooms for storage and more private meetings. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have everyone in at once, but we manage. The balcony gives us a little bit of fresh air, though mostly you just see the cars going by on the road below. We don't have any fancy receptionists or anything like that. If someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just gets up to answer it. It’s a very informal way of working, but it keeps things moving without too much fuss. We spend most of our time on the computers or talking to people on the phone. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a busy part of the city.
