Rohit Estate is tucked away at 41281 Subhanpura on Victoria Road. Finding us can be a little tricky because you have to go behind the Samta Flats to find Shree Flats, and we are right there opposite Mangalmurti Society. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren’t from around here, but it’s a good, quiet spot once you find it. We have been working out of this location for a long time, so we’ve seen all the families in Samta and Mangalmurti grow up and move on. Our work is pretty straightforward. We help people with property stuff in Subhanpura and the surrounding areas. We don't have any fancy brochures or a front desk person in a suit. It’s usually just one of us sitting there with a cup of tea, looking over some maps or property documents. We deal with all sorts of people, some who are very stressed about moving and others who are just looking for an investment. We try to keep things calm and just handle the steps one by one. There’s no point in rushing something as big as a house deal. We’ve had the same furniture in this office for years, and it’s seen a lot of handshakes. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is showing up and being honest about what we see in the market without trying to sugarcoat anything for the sake of a quick sale.
