Ritu Property Broker

Ritu Property Broker is located in the Fatehgunj area, right on J P Road in Sadar Bazar. We are directly opposite the Jagdamba Farsan Mart, which is where most people end up stopping for a snack anyway. Our office isn't very large, just a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about houses or shops. Being a broker in Fatehgunj means there is never a dull moment. The streets are always moving with people and vehicles. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. We don't go for the high-end corporate look. It’s more of a local shop vibe where you can just walk in and have a chat. We know the Sadar Bazar area inside and out. If there’s a property moving, we usually hear about it pretty quick. The office gets a bit noisy because of the traffic on J P Road, but we’re used to it. We keep things informal here. No suits or ties, just regular clothes and regular talk. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just help people find a place to live or work and make sure the papers are in order. It’s practical work. Most of our clients are just regular folks from around the neighborhood. We like being part of the community here and having Jagdamba right across the street is a nice bonus for lunch most days. It’s a good spot for us.
