We have been running this place on R.C. Dutt Road for quite some time now. Our office is right there at the 12th Cross, which is a pretty busy spot during the day. You might have seen the sign when you're stuck in traffic around here. It's not a huge office or anything, just a simple space where we keep all our files and meet folks who are looking for a house or trying to sell one. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with fancy coffee machines and suits. It is mostly just us sitting around the desks, taking calls and trying to keep track of who is moving where. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the noise from the street coming in through the door. Remax India is the name on the door, but we are just local people who know this neighborhood well. We spend our mornings checking the new listings and our afternoons usually involve driving around to show properties to families. It can be tiring, especially when the weather isn't great, but it’s what we do. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just open the doors every morning and try to help the people who walk in. If you are near 12th Cross, you can see us there. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the chairs are comfortable enough if you need to sit and talk about real estate for a bit.
