Rashee Realty is based out of our office at 103, Tagore Nagar in Asoj. We are quite close to the Banker's Heart Institute, which is a big landmark here. Dealing with houses and land is what we do every day. It started out as just a small thing but now we keep busy with people looking for flats or plots around this part of town. Our office isn't very large, just some desks and some files piled up in the corners. Sometimes it gets a bit disorganized when we have a lot of paperwork to go through for a sale. We spend a lot of time out on the road looking at properties, so the office is often empty during the day. We try to help people find a place that fits what they need without too much fuss or worry. Real estate can be tricky with all the different rules, so we just explain things as they are. No big promises or anything like that. We know the Asoj area pretty well since we've been around for a while. It is a growing area with new buildings coming up all the time. Sometimes we just sit and have tea with clients while discussing different options for them. It is a slow process sometimes, finding the right match for a family. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of people. Just a few of us trying to make a living by helping neighbors move into new homes.
