Rao Estate Agency is based in the Dev Commercial Complex, specifically at unit F-21. We are near the Delhi Darwaja area and the Nature Bahai Centre is just a short walk away. It’s a good spot because people are always passing through. I’ve been doing this for a while and I’ve seen the city change quite a bit. The office is small and filled with maps and papers. I don't have a big digital screen showing listings. I prefer to talk to people face to face. It’s more honest that way. Usually, I’m out looking at properties, so the office might be locked for an hour or two in the afternoon. If you don't see me, I’m probably just a few streets over. I don't use a lot of fancy words to describe houses. I just tell people what the roof looks like and if the plumbing is okay. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a little dark in the evenings. I have a small desk and two chairs for visitors. Most of my clients are people I’ve known for years or their relatives. It’s a small world in this business. I try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. If you’re near the GEB office, you’re very close to us. Just look for the sign near the entrance of the complex. I’ll be back soon.
