Ramisena Dairy Products Llp is a small operation based in Vadodara. We are located at C-10 in Mahanagar, which is right behind the Parikh Estate. Dealing with dairy means our day starts much earlier than most people. We are usually up and working while the rest of the city is still asleep. The milk comes in early, and we have to process it quickly before it gets too warm. It’s a lot of cleaning—scrubbing vats and floors is a big part of what we do. You have to keep everything very tidy when you work with milk and curd. We aren't a massive factory. It’s just a few of us who know the routine inside and out. We handle everything from receiving the raw milk to getting the final products ready for the local shops. Sometimes the equipment acts up, or the delivery truck is delayed, and we have to scramble to fix things. It’s the kind of job where you’re always on your feet. Vadodara has a lot of dairy companies, but we just stay in our corner and do our own thing. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just rely on the quality of what we make every day. It’s a lot of physical labor and long hours, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this location for some time now and the neighbors know us well.
