You can find Esquire Machines Pvt. Ltd. at 316 GIDC in the Industrial Estate in Por. We are right in the middle of a lot of other workshops and factories, so there is always the sound of machinery and transport in the air. Our space is more of a workshop than a polished office. We have our machinery set up on the floor and a small corner partitioned off for the paperwork and the phone. It’s a bit noisy and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is working in an industrial estate. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten to know the other business owners around us. We often help each other out with tools or advice when something goes wrong. Our day-to-day is pretty straightforward. We come in early, check the machines, and get started on the current orders. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just let the work we do speak for itself. Most of our guys have been with us since the start, so we’re a tight-knit group. We take our breaks together and usually talk about local news or what’s happening in our families. It’s a hard-working environment, but it’s also fair and honest. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We’re just a machine shop in Por, doing our best to get the jobs done correctly and on time for everyone.
