Rajvi Real Estate is basically just us working out of Manjalpur Kherwadi for a good while now. It started small. Mostly, we just help people find a place to stay or a bit of land when they need it. The area has changed a lot since we first opened the doors. You see new buildings coming up every other month it seems. Our day usually starts with a few phone calls and then driving around to show houses. It’s not fancy work, just regular stuff. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of the job here. We know the streets in Manjalpur pretty well by now. If someone is looking for a rental or wants to sell their old plot, they just drop by. There is always tea on the stove. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. Sometimes people just come in to ask for directions or talk about the market prices. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because everyone knows everyone around here anyway. If you make a mistake, people talk, so we just do what we say we will. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days. That is pretty much how things go at Rajvi Real Estate.
