Raadhey Realtors is located at 401 Aashirwad 17, right by the Race Course Circle. It’s a central spot that makes it easy for us to get around the city. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of agents. Instead, we’re a small team that focuses on the properties right here in our own neighborhood. Our office on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we’re focused on the computer screens and the phone calls. We deal with buying, selling, and leasing. It sounds simple, but there’s a lot of coordination involved that people don't always see. We have to talk to lawyers, bankers, and the owners almost every single day. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, while other days we don't even have time for lunch. We try to be as helpful as possible when someone walks in with a specific budget. We don't try to push people into things they can't afford. That wouldn't be right. We’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know what a fair price looks like. People seem to appreciate that we just tell them how it is. If a property has issues, we mention them. It saves everyone a lot of time in the long run. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and trying to make sure our clients get what they need without any fuss. It’s not a fancy life, but we like the work we do.
