You can find us at A/28 in the Gujarat Estate on Dharam Singh Desai Marg, right off Chhani Road. It’s a busy industrial pocket of Baroda. We’ve been operating here as Quality Engineering (Baroda) Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now. The street outside can get pretty clogged with lorries, and there’s always the sound of someone welding or hammering nearby. Our building is a bit older, with some cracks in the paint and doors that creak, but it serves us well. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through orders and checking on the engineering parts. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do the work. If you call us, you might hear the noise from the workshop in the background because the walls aren't exactly soundproof. We like it that way; it reminds us that we are actually producing something. The guys who work here live nearby mostly, so we all know the local happenings. We share tea in the mornings and talk about the cricket scores or the weather. It’s a very straightforward place. We don't use much technology beyond what’s necessary for the machines and some basic accounting. Most of our knowledge comes from years of just being here on the floor. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with the way things run on Chhani Road. We just keep going and handle whatever the day brings us.
