Puneet Saree Centre

Our shop, Puneet Saree Centre, is located in B 8 of the Ratnadeep Complex. We’re over in the Bhoomi Hills area, specifically in Thakur Village here in Vadodara. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes the parking in the complex gets a bit tight in the evenings. We’ve got sarees everywhere you look. It’s a lot of work keeping everything neat on the shelves. People come in looking for something specific, and we spend time pulling out different colors and fabrics for them. We don't have a big team or any expensive displays. It's just a straightforward shop. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we know what people in Vadodara like. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If someone likes a saree, they buy it. If not, we just fold it back up and put it away. It can be tiring being on your feet all day, but we like the work. Sometimes we have tea with the other shop owners in the complex when things are quiet. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to sell good sarees and make enough to keep the lights on and the rent paid. It’s a small family-run feel even though we are just a regular business. We focus on the daily tasks and talking to our customers when they stop by. That’s about all there is to it.
