Pruthvi Raj Properties is based in Nizampura, specifically at A 106 in Vraj Apartment. If you know the area, it is right near the Haveli and that Gelani petrol pump. We have been operating from this spot for some time now. Dealing with property things here keeps us busy most days. Most of our time involves showing people around the neighborhood or talking to folks about what they need. It is a nice part of town, quite active with people coming and going. The apartment building is pretty easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We usually keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the traffic near the petrol pump gets a bit much during the rush hour, but that is just how it is around here. We know the local streets and the buildings pretty well by now. People often stop by to ask about rentals or buying stuff, and we try to give them a straight answer. It is not a fancy office, just a practical space where we can sit down and look at papers or have a chat. We like being in this part of Nizampura because everything we need is close by. It has been our home base for a while. We do not do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from people who live around Vraj Apartment.
