Being in an industrial estate means it is never really quiet. There is always the sound of some machine running or a truck backing up nearby. Our office is where we handle all the property matters and paperwork that comes with real estate. It’s a basic setup with desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and files piled up. The water tank is a great landmark because otherwise, all these industrial sheds start looking the same after a while. We get a lot of people dropping in to ask about plots or sheds in the area. The air is a bit heavy with the smell of the nearby factories, but that is just how Gorwa is. We usually have the fan on high speed during the afternoons because the tin roofs in this estate can make things pretty warm. We aren't trying to be fancy here; we just provide a place where people can come and talk about their property needs. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out on site visits around the estate. It’s a busy, gritty kind of work that doesn't involve much sitting around.
