Pretty Gifts

Pretty Gifts sits over at 17 Jashraj Resi Cum Plaza. We are right near Parivar Char Rasta and just beside Crystal School in the Gidc Indl Estate area of Makarpura. It is an interesting spot to have a shop because of all the industrial stuff around, but we manage. We’ve got a lot of different things on the shelves, from small trinkets to bigger gift items. Most of the time, we are just busy dusting off the glass cases or checking what needs to be reordered. The shop gets a bit of a rush when school gets out or when people are leaving work in the industrial estate. It's not a perfectly polished place, and sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but it works for us. We just wanted a place where local folks could find something nice without having to drive too far. Being near Parivar Char Rasta means we see a lot of people passing by. We keep the doors open and just see who comes in. Sometimes we spend more time chatting with neighbors than actually selling things, but that is just part of it. We don't use any fancy systems to track things; we just know what we have. It’s a plain, straightforward gift shop in a busy part of Vadodara near Vaghodia.
