Dev Industries

Dev Industries is located in the GIDC Estate at Por-ramangamdi. Our sheds are 216 and 217. We are in the Por area of the Vadodara district. If you have ever been to a GIDC estate, you know what it’s like. It’s all industrial rows, trucks, and a lot of heat. We have our workshop set up in those two units. It is a lot of space, but it fills up fast with raw materials and finished items. We don't have a fancy office building. Our office is just a small partitioned area inside one of the sheds. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. We don't have any polished brochures or a big sales team. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get built correctly. The roads around here aren't the best, especially after the monsoon, but we manage to get things in and out. We have our off-site address too, but most of the real work happens right here in the estate. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't make big promises or talk about stuff we can't do. We just show up to the GIDC every morning and do what needs to be done at Dev Industries. It is honest work.
