Our place is at number 19 in the R.C. Patel Industrial Estate over in Akota. It is a decent spot for an engineering company like Nik-San Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. because the estate is well-known around here. The building itself is older and has that worn-in feel that you get with places that see a lot of heavy work. We handle a lot of different projects and the floor is usually covered with tools and various metal components. It gets pretty hot in the summer months because the ventilation is just standard for an industrial unit. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Most people who come here already know where we are tucked away. The office has a few old chairs and a computer that has seen better days but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. Sometimes the deliveries are late and that throws a wrench in our schedule but we manage to catch up. It is mostly about problem-solving and making sure the measurements are right. We are just regular people working in Akota trying to do a solid job without making a big deal out of it. The guys in the back have been with us for years and they know the machines better than anyone else does.
