Poeal Estate Agency

I’ve been working out of 9, Gayatri Apartment for a while now. This is in the Asoj 2nd Cross area, right in Bhuvaneshwari Nagar. It’s a quiet spot inside Varma Layout, which is nice because it’s away from the main road noise. My agency, Poeal Estate Agency, isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s mostly just me and a few people helping out. We deal with houses and land around here. People come by to ask about rentals or if anyone is selling their plot. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to neighbors to see what’s available. I spend a lot of time on my phone or meeting people at the apartment. The apartment itself is pretty standard, nothing too special, but it’s a good base for what I do. Finding good places for people takes time and a lot of patience. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, other times it takes months of waiting. I’ve seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up where there used to be empty fields. I try to keep up with who owns what. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking things at the local office. I don’t have a big fancy website. Usually, someone tells a friend about me, and they show up at my door in Gayatri Apartment. That’s just how the real estate business works in this part of town.
